AliMed® Abduction Pillows Securely position hips in abduction to maintain post-surgical precautions or to help manage adductor spasticity. Available in standard Polyfoam for single-patient use or in Waterproof Tuff-Coat™ treated with a silver ion antimicrobial agent, which safely inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria for the life of the product. The waterproof pillow can be easily cleaned and disinfected, making it the ideal solution when managing incontinence, wounds, or infections. Both models have hook-and-loop closures with soft straps. AliMed® Knee Abduction Pillow helps prevent hip adduction in post-operative patients and wheelchair users. Wedge-shape maintains proper positioning for lower extremities, which contributes to improved posture and sitting tolerance, as well as ensuring airflow and preventing adductor spasticity. Available in Terrycloth, with a washable blue cover and interior made of high-density foam, or Waterproof, featuring coated waterproof closed-cell foam. Both models provide 4" of knee separation and have hook-and-loop straps to maintain position. Straps: 4"W x 36"L.

AliMed® FootPillow Low-friction water-resistant nylon exterior slides easily on bed linens to help maintain proper position on heel and reduce skin shear. Supports heel and protects Achilles and malleoli against skin breakdown. Skin-friendly, seamless, water-resistant microsuede interior contains Sanitized® AG antimicrobial agent. Fabric-lined hook-and-loop closures. Durable and machine washable. Fits left or right.

Open heel design eliminates potential sores and pressure points. Dynamic posterior lateral carbon fiber AFO provides dorsi-assist and helps propel the patient through their gait cycle.

Hip Abduction Orthosis provides firm support and stabilization for non-operable hip disorders and postoperative, primary or revision total hip arthroplasty. Moisture-wicking neoprene padding. Patent-pending "infinite range" hip joint is the only hinge that provides infinite adjustability from -5° to 25° abduction, critical to correct bio-mechanical fitting.
